Big news: the NT Government just released their policy for rebuilding the economy after Covid-19, and tackling Gamba Grass is in the plan.

Our community has worked for years to make it clear to politicians that dealing with the Gamba crisis is necessary to protect our livelihoods and homes. Clearly, the message is getting through.

Take a look at the Gunner Government announcement today:

This is an encouraging sign. Getting more people on to the job of properly tackling Gamba in the places it matters most would be a big step.

We’re not there yet, and we need to keep up the pressure to make sure they deliver, but we’re getting so much closer to real Gamba action.
